Beloved Conversations: Meditations on Race

Beloved Conversations - KAVOD, Shir Tikvah’s Racial Justice Leadership Minyan, continues to engage in important conversations about race, racism, and racial justice in our world. Beloved Conversations is a program developed by Dr. Mark Hicks that invites members of churches and synagogues to explore the spiritual and moral issues around racism that impact us all and help us develop trust and skills to dismantle racism. This year’s cohort is focused on board, staff, and congregational leadership. If you’re interested in joining, please contact RabbiLatz@shirtikvah.net. Weekend of December 10th and subsequent Thursday evenings.

Cost: $36 (thanks to a generous grant from the Caryl Barnett Vision Fund)  - includes retreat and classes

Dates: December 15, January 5, 12, 26, February 2, 9, 16, 23.
