The Shir Tikvah Library maintains a diverse collection of books, videos and periodicals which address Jewish history, theology, humor, literature, music, art, cooking, ethics and Jewish life and ritual practice. The Library Committee is committed to maintaining a collection which is current and serves the interests of our congregants. We currently have over 1600 books in our library.

The library is arranged alphabetically by category starting in the southwestern corner, just beyond the fireplace. Holy Texts, Journals and our Children's books are located on the entrance wall. Within each category, with the exception of the children's section, books are alphabetical by author.
