The Board of Trustees is responsible for managing the congregation's resources, which include the physical building, the finances, and personnel. The Board sets goals and policies in keeping with Shir Tikvah's vision and mission.

The Board members also serve as representatives of the varied congregational committees. This helps assure that the Board and the committees work in harmony to coordinate the day-to-day activities of Shir Tikvah and promote our congregational programs and community.

Our Board is comprised of 18 members and meets monthly. The Executive Committee of the Board also meets monthly. It serves as the personnel committee for Shir Tikvah, and sets the monthly Board meeting agenda.
