Rabbi Michael Adam Latz
Rabbi Rappaport brings a host of strengths to her new role. Rabbi Rappaport was ordained through the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College. From 2007 to 2014 she was the rabbi at B'nai Vail Congregation in Vail, Colorado. A native Minnesotan, Rabbi Rappaport recently returned to the Twin cities to be with her husband, Bob Zelle. She has been teaching locally since last summer, including Musar (applied Jewish ethics) at Hineni, Torah at Sholom Home, and as a guest instructor at Mt. Zion and Temple Israel.
Rabbi Arielle Rosenberg
Rabbi Rosenberg joined the Shir Tikvah community in the summer of 2017 as Assistant Rabbi, with a focus on music, prayer and activism. She was ordained by the Rabbinical School of Hebrew College in June 2017. She spent her final two years of rabbinical school working as a full-time rabbinic fellow at B’nai Jeshurun in New York City, where she developed innovative initiatives for people of all ages and backgrounds to deepen their relationship with prayer, music and spiritual practice. She is inspired by courageous acts of music making, prophetic activism and transformative moments in communal life.
John provides staff support to many areas of our operations including finance, administration, fundraising and congregant relations.
Office Manager/Event Coordinator
Sara is responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. She enjoys talking to congregants and community members, assisting with life cycle events, and working with volunteers.
Director of Youth Education and Programming
Forrest is responsible for the youth education and activities programs, including Religious School, Hebrew School and STiFTY.
Rabbi Stacy Offner
Founding Rabbi Emerita
Rabbi Offner became the Shir Tikvah Founding Rabbi Emerita in July 2008 after 20 years of visionary and loving leadership. She came to the Twin Cities in 1984, the first woman Rabbi in the state of Minnesota. Shir Tikvah treasures our relationship with Rabbi Offner and continues to be inspired by her wisdom, vision, and courage.
