A request from Kat Gordon, Shir Tikvah member and Director of the Personal Assistant Services Program at Metropolitan Center for Independent Living: "We have about 150 Personal Care Attendants in the field working with people with disabilities in their homes. We have a very limited number of masks for our PCAs, so we're seeking (400) cloth masks to cover the limited masks being issued so they may be used multiple times if needed." Please email the office for Kat's contact info and for further details.
Sholom Home has articulated these needs; please help if you can!
Solidarity Sing at Sholom East on Sundays 3:30-4pm. Wear a mask, dress colorfully, bring big signs if you wish; Sholom East invites residents to open their windows and sing along. A mobile sound system would be appreciated! Contact Sharon Jaffe for more info
